Refund policy
At NUDO Drinks, we make every effort to satisfy our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of our return policy, as described below.
1. Return conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The bottles must be unopened, in their original condition, and the seal must be intact.
- The product should show no signs of use.
Please note: Opened or damaged bottles or bottles without intact seals are not eligible for return.
2. Procedure for returns:
- Submit request: Send an e-mail to hola@nudodrinks.com with your order number, reason for return and a photo of the product if necessary.
- Confirmation: After assessing your request, you will receive a confirmation and further instructions, including the return address, within 2 working days.
- Shipping: You must return the product at your own expense to the return address provided. Please ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
3. Returns processing & refunds
- Once we have received and checked the product, you will receive a refund on the payment method you used within 14 days.
- Indien de retour niet voldoet aan de voorwaarden (zoals geopend of beschadigd), behouden wij ons het recht voor de retour te weigeren.
4. Return costs
The cost of returning products is borne by the customer unless:
- The product is defective.
- An incorrect delivery has taken place.
5. Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for returns:
- Opened bottles
- Bottles with a broken seal
