Shipping policy

At NUDO Drinks, we do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our shipping policy with information on our processing times and delivery terms.

1. Order processing time

• Orders placed from Monday to Thursday:
  Orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped the next working day.
  Example: An order placed on Tuesday will be dispatched on Wednesday.
• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday:
  Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next working day after the weekend.
  Example: An order placed on Friday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday

2. Delivery times

Delivery time may vary depending on your location. In general, you can expect a delivery time of 1-3 working days after shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands. International shipments may take longer.

3. Delivery costs

Cost: will be calculated at check-out

Free shipping: Orders above €60 qualify for free shipping.

4. Track and trace

Zodra uw bestelling is verzonden, ontvangt u een e-mail met een Track & Trace-code, zodat u uw pakket gemakkelijk kunt volgen.

5. Delays

Although we do our utmost to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions or force majeure. In such cases, we will keep you informed as best we can.
