Welcome to NUDO Drinks! These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between NUDO Drinks and its customers via the webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

1.1 NUDO Drinks: The trade name of the webshop located at Doorniksesteenweg 402, 8583 Bossuit, Belgium, e-mail: hola@nudodrinks.com.
1.2 Customer: The natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with NUDO Drinks.
1.3 Products: The non-alcoholic beverages and related products offered via NUDO Drinks' webshop.
1.4 Agreement: Any agreement concluded between the client and NUDO Drinks for the delivery of products.

2. Applicability

2.1 These general terms and conditions are applicable to all offers, orders and agreements of NUDO Drinks.
2.2 Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Offers and prices

3.1 All prices on the website are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
3.2 NUDO Drinks reserves the right to change prices and product information.
3.3 Offers and actions are valid while stocks last and within the term indicated.

4. Order and delivery

4.1 Orders are placed via the webshop at www.nudodrinks.com.
4.2 Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be processed and shipped the next working day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next working day after the weekend.
4.3 NUDO Drinks aims for a delivery time of 1-3 working days within Belgium and the Netherlands. Deliveries outside this region may take longer.
4.4 Should a product not be in stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

5. Payment

5.1 Payments must be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
5.2 The order will not be shipped until payment has been received.

6. Return policy

6.1 The customer has the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt, provided the bottles are unopened and sealed.
6.2 Return requests should be submitted via hola@nudodrinks.com.
6.3 Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
6.4 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

7. Complaints and warranty

7.1 Should a product be defective or not meet expectations, the customer may contact hola@nudodrinks.com within 7 days of receipt.
7.2 NUDO Drinks will assess the problem and, if necessary, offer a replacement product or refund.

8. Liability

8.1 NUDO Drinks shall not be liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage or loss of profit, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
8.2 The liability of NUDO Drinks is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Privacy

9.1 NUDO Drinks processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Please consult our Privacy Policy for further information.

10. Applicable law and disputes

10.1 All agreements and disputes are governed by Belgian law.
10.2 Disputes are preferably resolved in mutual consultation. If this fails, the matter may be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
